Hotel Regulations
We have prescribed these Hotel Regulations as set forth below pursuant to Article [ ] of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract in order to ensure the guests a safe and pleasant stay. Please read and cooperate with complying with these Hotel Regulations. We would also appreciate that you follow our staff’s instructions based on the General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract and these Hotel Regulations.
If you do not comply with these Hotel Regulations, we will not permit your use of Hotel facilities or your stay at the Hotel pursuant to Article 4 of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract.
We will not be responsible for any damages incurred by any guest due to such guest’s noncompliance with these Hotel Regulations. We will require you to compensate any damages incurred by us for the same reason.
Use of Hotel
- The use of this hotel for business purposes is prohibited.
- Please refrain from disseminating or posting any advertisements or selling any goods, etc. within the Hotel premises without Hotel’s permission.
- Promotional activities such as dissemination of fliers or signature-collecting campaign within the Hotel premises are prohibited.
- Please refrain from displaying goods which will alter the appearance of Hotel.
- There may be cases where the Hotel will not permit an underage guest from staying at the Hotel if such guest has not received permission from his or her guardian.
Guestrooms
- Please make sure that you lock your room while staying at the Hotel.
- When you have any visitors, please check who the visitor is by keeping the door locked. Please make sure that you do not carelessly unlock the door for any suspicious visitors.
- Please do not use the guestroom for a meeting with visitors.
- Please refrain from inviting anyone to your room or from allowing anyone to stay at your room other than the guest and his, her or its companion(s) who are registered with the Hotel pursuant to Article 7 of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract.
- In accordance with Article 14 of General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contract, hotel staffs may enter into the guestroom, or hotel staffs may move furniture or goods in the guestroom. Please take care of your cash and valuables on your own, and please let us know in advance of any item which you do not wish to be moved in the guestroom.
Common Area, etc.
- Please check the evacuation map and emergency exits on each floor.
- Please refrain from entering or using the emergency facilities or rooftop except at the time of emergency or under unavoidable circumstances. Entry into personnel only area is prohibited.
- Please refrain from leaving your belongings unattended at corridor, lobby, etc.
Sanitation Management
- There may be times when the Hotel will ask you to refrain from using the Hotel facilities or from staying at the Hotel or to restrict the areas in the Hotel where you may go if you fall under any of the following:
- If you are suspected of having food poisoning such as norovirus infection; or
- If you are suspected of having infection which has been designated by the Act on Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients Suffering from Infectious Diseases and its enforcement ordinance.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the Hotel including inside the guestrooms.
Handling of Fire
Please handle fire with care when using the BBQ, pizza oven, or bonfire. This is a rich natural environment, and even the mere sparks from a fire may pose a risk of fire. Please understand that use of the site may be restricted depending on weather conditions.
Pets
- Pets and other animals are allowed, but please refrain from bringing them into the Japanese-style rooms. Pets are only allowed in the earthen floor area. Please note that you will be charged a cleaning fee if you are found to be using the area other than the earthen floor. Assistance dogs for the physically challenged as stipulated in the Assistance Dogs for the Physically Challenged Act will be handled in accordance with the said Act.
- Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms.
- Pets are not allowed to sleep in the bathrooms or enter the bedrooms.
- The towels provided in the bathrooms are not for pets. Please refrain from using these towels for your pets. In the unlikely event that such towels are found to have been used, you may be asked to reimburse us for the equivalent items.
- Please give due consideration to other guests and the next guest, such as disposal of excrement.
- Please read and agree to the prior confirmation form that will be sent to those traveling with pets.
Consideration for local residents
- Please do not engage in any act causing loud noise such as loud voice, loud singing, and watching television or listening to audio equipment in loud volume.
- There may be times when the Hotel will ask you to be in an appearance which the Hotel considers as appropriate when using places in the Hotel outside your room.
Public Order and Standards of Decency
- Please refrain from gambling, inappropriate behavior in public, and words and actions which are against public order and standards of decency.
- Please do not bring into the Hotel premises any items whose possession is prohibited by laws and regulations such as guns, knives and drugs.
- Please do not bring into the Hotel premises any items which will cause other guests or staffs to become worried or endanger their safety.
- The Hotel will not permit the guest’s use of Hotel if it becomes clear that such guest or his, her or its companion is an organized crime group or its member as prescribed in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members, or an anti-social group or its member.
- The Hotel will not permit the guest’s use of Hotel if such guest or any person related to such guest is deemed to have engaged
