    • Method where customers provide information to the Facility via email, mail, written documents, telephone, etc.Method of indirect collection from partners and third parties (including information providers, advertisers, ad distribution destinations, etc.) The Facility may collect personal information of Customers, etc. using internet services operated by other companies selected by the Facility to enable Customers to comfortably use the Facility’s services. Purpose of Information Use The Facility collects personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To contact Customers, etc. through reservation confirmations, etc.
  2. To provide services, products, and information to Customers, etc.
  3. To conduct marketing activities
  4. To analyze for improvement of services and products
  5. To send information about the Facility and partners through advertisements, events, etc.
  6. To request and contact for questionnaires, campaigns, etc.
  7. To send and mail various notices and the latest information about the Facility
  8. To collect fees
  9. For purposes separately indicated to or published for Customers, etc.

Provision of Information

  1. The Facility will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of Customers, etc. However, personal information may be provided without consent of Customers, etc. in the following cases:
    • When based on laws and regulations
    • When necessary to protect life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain consent of Customers, etc.
    • When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting sound upbringing of children and it is difficult to obtain consent of Customers, etc.
    • When it is necessary to cooperate with national agencies, local governments, or persons entrusted by them in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining consent of Customers, etc. may interfere with performance of such duties
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the recipient of personal information shall not be deemed a third party in the following cases:
    • When the Facility entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
    • When personal information is provided due to business succession resulting from merger or other reasons

Use of Statistical Data

The Facility may create statistical data processed so that individuals cannot be identified based on personal information received. The Facility may use statistical data that cannot identify individuals without any restrictions.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Facility complies with personal information-related laws and related guidelines to ensure reliable personal information protection.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The Facility may change this Privacy Policy at its discretion to the extent it does not violate laws and regulations.
