What is the “Sundemasu Bible”?
The “Sundemasu Bible” (住んでますバイブル) is a travel feature series where Japan’s “Yoshimoto Sumimasu Geinin” (local comedian residents) explore different regions across the country.
The concept is simple:
“If you visit ○○ Prefecture, stay at ○○, eat at ○○, and enjoy the local experience!”
Each comedian visits, sees, and experiences the area firsthand, sharing their journey in a travel-show-style format. But there’s a twist—they have only ¥10,000 in cash to cover food, activities, and experiences!
Through their unique and comedic perspective, they introduce hidden gems, local specialties, and must-try experiences, offering a fresh and entertaining way to discover Japan’s regions. 🚶♂️🍜🏕️
